Rosewood Barbershop was established in 1957 in Bellflower, CA. The Barbershop went through 4 generations of owners and two face changing renovations to what you see at the shop today. On October 1st 2005 the torch was passed down to a young 21 year old barber/entrepreneur named Francis Sampang. He innovated the barbershop experience and changed the name to the signature Rosewood Barbershop. Rosewood was named after the two cross streets that it stands on today Rosecrans and Woodruff.

In the industry of street-wear fashion, the market is undoubtedly starting to flood with young entrepreneurs’, all claiming to have the freshest new take and the designers are looking to find those retailers, that will truly live up to the reputation of street-wear/underground culture. Designers: Look No further!

On October 14th 2007 Rosewood Barbershop evolved to a higher standard of customer service. Francis partnered up with three friends (Stephanie Ho, Jesse Delgado and Alvin Lue) with the same vision that this shop would be a “One stop shop” and will cater to the masses. They formed together the first and only barbershop - street wear boutique in the country and called it Rosewood Royale.

Rosewood Royale understands the sanctity of the culture and recognizes that street wear is not just a fashion, but a way of life. How is Rosewood Boutique different, you ask? By combining an already well-known and respected establishment, Rosewood Barbershop with the boutique in an area, where street-wear fashion has yet to rule the streets.
